Osiyo! I'm working on creating a database of Native artists' online stores to make it easier to buy from other Natives. In the meantime, I thought I'd at least share these spreadsheets of my current list. Notes on methodology:

I've spent a lot of time thinking of how to determine who qualifies for the list. Obviously, making sure that the list only includes artists who are actually Native is a priority, but at the same time it would be problematic to try to require some kind of "proof," even if that were at all possible. Because of that, I've decided to include any artist who self-identifies as native as long as they identify themselves with a specific tribe. I'm hoping this will weed out the randos selling generically "native" beadwork on Etsy. I realize this isn't a perfect system, though, so feel free to contact me if you have suggestions.
